Appointment Policy

Patients are seen by appointment to ensure that everyone receives a fair amount of time with the doctor without having a long wait.  Emergency cases always receive top priority so the occasional appointment delay is inevitable. We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Every effort is made to help our patients feel comfortable during visits, but they may be a little uneasy with new people and surroundings or other pets. For this reason, please restrain your pet on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting area.

 

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time services are rendered.  We do not offer payment plans as previous clients have taken advantage of this and never paid.  We wish to treat everyone fairly; therefore we must require payment at time of service for everyone.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, cash and personal checks are accepted payment.

 

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
